Returns
- You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

- Custom-Built Electronics or Special Orders
- Personal Use or Hygiene Products
- Licensing and Subscriptions
- Items Missing Packaging or Serial Number Tampered
Return Process
- Contact our customer support at [email protected] or 0766466771 to initiate a return.
- We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Ship the item to the address provided, clearly labeling the RMA on the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or a defective item.
Refunds
- We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, contact us to request a replacement.
