  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Return Process

  3. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

  4.    
  5. Ship the item to the address provided, clearly labeling the RMA on the package.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a company error or a defective item.



 

Refunds


 

       
  • We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the refund status.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  •    
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
